PANOPTICON 2.1 - Minor Bug Fixes

Hey folks!

My lovely beta readers noticed a few more bugs to fix once I launched the main file. Most of them were minor, but enough of them were big enough that I felt it proper to make note of it.

ALL CHANGES:

• Made the ending of chapter one accessible.

  
  

  • Guess who put the <<if>> gate for the end of the chapter in the wrong passage... 
• Cleaned up remaining <<if>> and <<type>> issues
• If there are any more of these, please let me know!
• Broke an infinite loop that was forming in the settings section of Terminal 0000
• Other minor misc. adjustments
